Ayla's best Christmas Ever!

Ayla started her Thanksgiving weekend off at Aunt Jill and Uncle Keith's new house where Aunt Jill prepared a fabulous feast!
Then it was off to Flora where Ayla napped alot and woke to find mini carolers staring at her!

Halloween!

Ayla was Florence Nightingale aka Nurse Darling aka Nurse Ratchet depending on her mood. Her costume was complete with navy cape with red piping and support tennis shoes for those tiring 12 hour shifts.

Last Saturday night we visited the "Green Retreat" for their annual pumpkin glow to benefit local children's groups. Lots of pumpkins- a bumpy hayride and at the end, the kids had a great time feeding the horses!

Just Peachy!

Ayla had a great time at the Peach Festival in Cobden last weekend! There were lots of little rides just her size.

On Buttermilk Hill

Ayla found some pretty flowers and rocks and had fun running around on the hill!

Ayla in St. Louis!

During the St. Louis trip, we stayed at a nice hotel downtown. We ate breakfast at historic Lafayette square (where Ayla is at the fountain) and headed to the zoo. Ayla really enjoyed seeing the great apes and the train ride. There is a westward expansion museum under the arch. Ayla has seen "Night at the Museum" too many times to think that the talking wax mannequins there were neat.
